Using melodic and harmonic material from two marches by G. F Handel, thearranger has created a stirring "classical" concert opener. This fine a rrangement has great musical integrity, yet is very playable for youngerstudents as it stays in 1st position for all instruments except basses. A Festive March could work very well as a processional or recessional f or graduation or other formal ceremonies.
