Composer and clarinetist George Weaver brings decades of experience teaching in public schools and privately in the Philadelphia region, along with a lifetime of performing. Licorice Latte is a brief dance whose title describes the music's "sweetness with a kick." Premiered by the Temple University Night Owls Clarinet Choir, the music is within reach of intermediate players, and engaging for older performers.
