Written for Per Brevig, on faculty at The Juilliard School of Music and Mannhattan School of Music. A great work for solo trombone, written in such a way that is accessible to the audience and contains far more musicthan trickery or extended technique. An excellent recital addition from one of the most well known composers of our time. Use of tenor clef thr oughout.
